Do I have to change my number or stop using WhatsApp Business?
No. You connect your same number and keep using WhatsApp Business on your phone as always. MIA works alongside you: you see the same chats in both places.
Does MIA reply to my customers on its own?
Only if you turn it on. MIA suggests the reply and you approve it, edit it or discard it. Automatic things, like after-hours replies or appointment reminders, only run if you turn them on.
What do I need to use it?
